SmellWell Freshener Inserts är framtagna i nära samarbete med Adsorbi, ett greentech-bolag sprungit ur forskning vid Chalmers tekniska högskola i Göteborg. Adsorbi har skapat en banbrytande lösning baserad på cellulosa från nordiska skogar som ett hållbart alternativ till aktivt kol. Detta material genererar cirka 50 % lägre CO2-utsläpp – 3,5 kg CO2 per kilo material – jämfört med aktivt kol, som har en utsläppsfaktor på 7,5 kg CO2 per kilo material.

HOW DO INSERTS WORK?

SmellWell Inserts are bags that can be put into all kinds of shoes, bags or other places where bad smells can occur. By placing a SmellWell in, for example, your shoes overnight, the bad smell is removed and replaced by a fresh scent.
HOW LONG DO INSERTS LAST?

SmellWell  Original and XL last for up to 12 months or more, from when they are unsealed. Lifespan may vary depending on what they are used for. Generally, life expectancy is shortened when used in areas with high relative humidity.
WHAT DO INSERTS CONTAIN?

The contents  consist of bamboo charcoal, natural salts and absorbents, made of renewable raw materials that effectively absorb moisture and odor without bactericidal substances. When moisture is absorbed, the growth of bacteria decreases. The content is completely harmless and tested in accordance with the REACH Consumer Safety and Environmental Directive.
DO INSERTS CONTAIN ANY PHTHALATES AND BIOCIDES?

No, SmellWell contains neither phthalates nor biocides but consists only of renewable absorbents.
DO THE INSERTS HAVE DIFFERENT SCENTS?

No, it’s the same fresh scent in all SmellWell inserts regardless of design. SmellWell Unscented has no scent.
